Due to Covid-19 crisis all our shipping services are experiencing high demand of orders as many services have switched to online only. For this reason orders within Sydney can take 3 to 7 business days to be delivered from the moment you order.

OUTSIDE of Sydney, METRO city areas NSW, VIC, QLD it could take 3 to 10 days plus business days from the moment you order.

All purchase orders are posted out the next business day. Friday orders are sent out on Mondays.

How long does shipping take?

Masoumeh Brow Artistry is based in Australia and we ship all orders from our warehouse located in Sydney, NSW.

Orders within Australia are subject to local postal services and orders outside of Australia are subject to customs and clearance. Please see below for our delivery times and note that these do not include our processing and packaging times within our warehouse.

Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery. Masoumeh Brow Artistry uses Australia Post for all orders.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship globally - some countries are excluded.

Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

Registered Post International (5-12 working days).

Possible delays: When orders are shipped internationally, estimated delivery times may vary due to countries individual processing procedures and postage services. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

RETURN COSTS:

When placing an order with Masoumeh Brow Artistry, you accept all freight charges and associated return costs if your parcel is returned to our Australian warehouse. This includes if delivery is denied due to any local customs charges or are unable to receive the delivery.
