 Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

MBA has a no refund policy. If your product is damaged a replacement will be sent out to you. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.

 

Cancellation Policy & Refunds on Services 

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time are not permitted.

Please note:

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If your service has not been paid in full, the remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment.
